What is Inscriti?Copy link

Inscriti is a private app schools use to keep parents, teachers, and admins connected. It replaces group chats, email blasts, paper notes, and one-off texts with a single, organized place for school news.

What can I do with Inscriti?Copy link

• See posts and announcements from your school and your child's classes
• Message teachers and school staff
• Get notified about new posts, messages, and important updates
• See your child's classes and (where enabled) their attendance
• Request an early pickup
• View the school calendar
• Edit your profile and notification preferences

How do I download the app?Copy link

We recommend downloading the Inscriti app before you accept your school's invitation — that way the invite link opens straight into the app instead of the web.

• On a phone or tablet: Open jfeld.link/inscriti-download. The link sends you to the right app store for your device.
• On iPhone or iPad: You can also open the App Store and search Inscriti.
• On Android: You can also open Google Play and search Inscriti.
• On a computer: Open your web browser and go to app.inscriti.com. You don't need to install anything.

How do I get my first invitation?Copy link

Your school office invites you. You will receive an email titled something like "You've been invited to Inscriti."

If you don't see it in your inbox:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Make sure your school used the same email you check most often.
• Contact your school office and ask them to resend the invite.

How do I accept an invitation?Copy link

Once you have the email and (recommended) the app installed:

1. Open the invitation email from Inscriti.
2. Tap Accept invitation (or the link in the email).
3. If the Inscriti app is installed on your phone, it opens directly. If not, it opens in your web browser.
4. If you don't have an Inscriti account yet, you'll be walked through account setup (see onboarding below). If you already have one, you'll just be asked to sign in.
5. Verify your email if asked to.

Once you finish setup and verify your email, you're automatically signed in and linked to your school. No separate step to join.

If you're creating a new account, setup happens one screen at a time:

1. First name — type your first name. Tap Next.
2. Last name — type your last name. Tap Next.
3. Phone — type your phone number, or tap Skip for now. It's optional.
4. Review the terms — read and agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and EULA. Tap Continue.
5. Password — choose a password that meets the requirements shown on screen (a minimum length, plus an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol). Tap Create Account.
6. Email verification — check your inbox and open the verification email Inscriti sends you. This screen updates automatically once it's confirmed.
7. Notifications — choose whether to turn on push notifications and which kinds of updates you want (school announcements, class updates, student updates, messages). Tap Continue.
8. Profile picture — tap Choose Photo to add one, or tap Skip for now. Tap Continue.
9. Tap Let's go.

You're now signed in and linked to your school. You can start using Inscriti right away.

How do I sign in if I already have an account?Copy link

1. Open the app.
2. Type your email and tap Continue.
3. Type your password and tap Sign In.

How do I sign in with Google?Copy link

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Google.
2. Choose the Google account you want to use.
3. The app signs you in automatically.

How do I sign in with Apple?Copy link

Available on iPhone/iPad and on the web (not on Android).

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Apple.
2. Follow Apple's prompts to confirm your identity.
3. The app signs you in automatically.

How do I sign out?Copy link

1. Open the menu (☰) and tap Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Sign Out.
4. Confirm.

What do I see when I first open the app?Copy link

You'll usually land on the Home tab, which shows your school's feed of posts. On a phone, the bottom of the screen has just three tabs — Home, Classes, and Messages — and everything else (Calendar, Account, and more) is one tap away in the menu (☰). On a tablet or computer, all of it is listed in the sidebar. The exact items you see depend on your role and which features your school has turned on.
