Access follows the role
Parents, teachers and admins each get their own view. Inscriti uses industry-standard encryption and role-based permissions, so students, parents, teachers and admins only see what they're supposed to see.

A school's conversations and records shouldn't live in personal inboxes and group texts. In Inscriti they stay in the school's own workspace, and each person sees only what their role and their roster allow.
How access works
A post goes only to its audience
Every post is sent to the whole school or to specific classes, and only people in that audience can see it. Posting to the whole school needs the Posts permission.
Messaging has rules
Parents can message their children's current teachers and school admins. Teachers can message other staff and the families in their classes. School Messaging is a feature each school switches on or off.
Following isn't access
Someone who joins with a class code but isn't linked to a child can read that class's posts. They can't see the roster, student profiles or attendance, and a code can be replaced or switched off at any time.
Anyone can raise a flag
Any post or comment can be reported with a reason: privacy or safety, harassment, inappropriate content, spam or something else. A school admin reviews it.
Pickups leave a record
Every early sign-out stores who collected the student, when, why, and their signature. If the person wasn't on the approved list, their name is recorded too.
You can ask us to delete your account, from inside the app.
Account and sign-in controls are under Account in the app menu, for every person, in every role.

- Account → Account & Data → Request account deletion. Your profile and sign-in are removed or de-identified, typically within 30 days, and you get an email when it's done. How deletion works
- What a school keeps
- Some student, attendance, message or audit records may need to stay with the school for safety, legal or record-keeping reasons, even after an account is deleted.
- Sign-in you control
- Sign in with an email and password, or with Google or Apple using the same email. New accounts confirm their email address during onboarding.
- Leaving Inscriti
- Schools can cancel at any time, and we help export the school's data on the way out.
