Your Account

Change your profile picture

1. Tap the Settings tab.
2. Tap Personal Info.
3. Tap your current picture (or placeholder).
4. Choose a photo from your device or take a new one.
5. Crop if needed and tap Save.

Remove your profile picture

The app will use your initials in a colored circle instead.

1. Tap Settings → Personal Info.
2. Tap your picture.
3. Tap Remove Photo.

Change your name

1. Tap Settings → Personal Info.
2. Tap Name.
3. Edit your first name and last name.
4. Tap Save.

Add or change your phone number

1. Tap Settings → Personal Info.
2. Tap Phone Number.
3. Type your phone number.
4. Tap Save.

Change your password

1. Tap Settings → Account Security.
2. Tap Change Password.
3. Type your current password.
4. Type your new password.
5. Type your new password again to confirm.
6. Tap Save.

Set a password if you only signed in with Google

Now you can sign in with either Google or your email and password.

1. Tap Settings → Account Security.
2. Tap Set Password.
3. Choose a new password and type it twice.
4. Tap Save.

Reset your password if you forgot it

If the code doesn't arrive within a minute or two:

• Check your spam folder.
• Tap Resend Code (you may need to wait 60 seconds).

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?
2. Type your email and tap Send Code.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code.
4. Type the code in the app.
5. Choose a new password and type it twice.
6. Tap Reset Password.
7. Sign in with your new password.

Link your Google account

1. Tap Settings → Account Security.
2. Tap Link Google.
3. Choose your Google account.
4. Once linked, you can sign in with Google.

Unlink Google

1. Tap Settings → Account Security.
2. Find Google in your linked accounts.
3. Tap Unlink.
4. Confirm.

Change the app's language

1. Tap Settings → Language.
2. Tap the language you want (English or Hebrew / עברית).
3. The app will restart in your chosen language.

View the Terms and Privacy Policy

1. Tap Settings → Legal.
2. Tap the document you want to read.

Download your data

1. Tap Settings → Account Data.
2. Tap Export My Data.
3. Follow the prompts. You'll receive a copy of your account information.

Delete your account

Your account will be removed from every school that uses Inscriti.

1. Tap Settings → Account Data.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read the warning carefully — this is permanent.
4. Confirm by typing your password or tapping the final confirmation button.

Switch between schools

One Inscriti account can belong to more than one school — for example, a child at one school and a teaching job at another, or children at two different schools. You can switch between them at any time without signing out.

1. Open the Home tab.
2. Tap the school name and logo at the top of the screen.
3. Pick the school you want to view.

The whole app re-loads for that school — the feed, classes, messages, calendar, and even your role and the colors and logo all switch to match it. Your other schools stay just a tap away. Inscriti remembers the school you were last viewing, so you'll land back there next time you open the app.
